1985 LP US Press. Cover is nice, visually the vinyl is on the lower end of VG. May playback with some surface noise that should not overpower the listening experience. Featuring hits like "The Sweetest Taboo" and "Is It a Crime," both of which charted internationally, Promise solidified Sade's presence in the mid-80s music scene. The album followed their debut "Diamond Life" and continued their blend of smooth jazz and soul, produced by Mike Pela and Robin Millar.
