1978 US press. No inserts but does have the original inner sleeve. This is a KISS Paul Stanley signed outer sleeve with album. Paul signed on the clear outer sleeve in silver sharpie. Provenance: We purchased this piece from the collection of Damien "D'Aveli" Vivona who along with his father had personal and professional ties to the band. Damien claims to have had this signed in person during the 1996 reunion tour. Cover is nice, vinyl is in playable shape with several visual imperfections. Record will likely playback with some surface noise.
