1978 US press. No inserts but does have the original inner sleeve. Peter Criss of KISS signed the clear outer sleeve with in silver sharpie. Signature is not on the actual album but the outer sleeve. Provenance: We purchased this piece from the collection of Damien "D'Aveli" Vivona who along with his father had personal and professional ties to the band. Damien claims to have had this signed in person during the 1996 reunion tour. Cover is nice, vinyl is in playable shape with several visual imperfections. Record will likely playback with some surface noise.
