1982 US Ltd Ed promo on Quiex vinyl. Cover has all the attributes of a VG+ grading but does has some light shelf ware so it's being graded conservatively as a VG, original inner, vinyl is clean and glossy with only a very faint, superficial sleeve lines and impressions.
