1963 US press. Cover presents well with some outer wear but the top seam is almost entirely split, visually, the vinyl is on the lower end of VG due to various, light, superficial hair and scuff lines. In many cases these lines do not affect play but the record may playback with some surface noise that should not overpower the listening experience.
