The album features notable tracks like "Mexico," "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You)," and "Sarah Maria," with the latter highlighting Taylor's soft rock style. "Gorilla" marked a continued evolution in Taylor's sound, produced by Russ Titelman and recorded at The Sound Factory in Los Angeles.
