1978 US press. No inserts but does have the original inner sleeve. Gene Simmons signed the clear outer sleeve in silver sharpie. Provenance: We purchased this piece from the collection of Damien "D'Aveli" Vivona who along with his father had personal and professional ties to the band. Damien claims to have had this signed in person during the 1996 reunion tour. Cover presents well with heavey edge wear and creasing, vinyl is in playable shape with several visual imperfections. Record will likely playback with some surface noise.
