1974 LP US Press. Cover is in decent shape with drawing on Lou's face and arms, visually, the vinyl is on the lower end of VG due to various, light, superficial hair lines. In most cases these lines do not affect play but the record may playback with some surface noise that should not overpower the listening experience.
