1985 LP US Press. Cover is extremely nice, vinyl is super clean and glossy. A nominally perfect record that will present beautifully, play and sound superb. Featuring hits like "The Sweetest Taboo" and "Is It a Crime," both of which charted internationally, Promise solidified Sade's presence in the mid-80s music scene. The album followed their debut "Diamond Life" and continued their blend of smooth jazz and soul, produced by Mike Pela and Robin Millar.
