The album includes well-known tracks like "The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys" and "Rock ’N’ Roll Stew," with the title track becoming a staple of classic rock radio. It was Traffic's fifth studio album and marked a shift toward a more jazz-influenced, expansive sound, recorded at Island Studios in London.
